As an early eo user, you'll get access to the eo patient companion app, a personalized cannabis care plan, a custom product list, unlimited messaging with our clinical and member support teams and nicely-priced telemedicine consults as we work together to achieve your optimal cannabis care regimen.
Here's how the early access program works:
Once you've been approved for the program, you download the eo app, and complete a quick profile. This profile focuses on the nature, causes and real-life impact of your pain as well as relevant aspects of your cannabis use history and overall medical history. You share a bit about your daily schedule, so we can create a cannabis care plan that truly fits how you work and live. And you choose a care plan start date.
By the end of the next day, our clinical team provides you with your Phase 1 (first 10 days of care) personalized care plan and a corresponding list of products available for pick-up or delivery from a dispensary near you. The evening before your care is scheduled to start, we’ll ask you to confirm that you have your products and are ready to begin. If you’re not ready, you can choose a new start date.
You use the recommended products/doses at the recommended times and provide quick and easy feedback both in-session and at the end of each day. We remind you when it's time to use and provide feedback.
We monitor your feedback daily and update your care plan and product list prior to Day 10 (the beginning of Phase 2), Day 20 (the beginning Phase 3) and Day 30 (the end of Phase 3). Note that if your feedback suggests the need for a more immediate change to your care plan or product list, we’ll make those changes and notify you at once.
Once you’ve completed your first 30 days of care, we’ll continue to review your feedback and recommend revisions to your care plan and product list every two weeks. Note that you’ll be asked to complete a brief in-app survey every two weeks. Completing this survey will allow us to continue to refine your care even if you’ve been unable to provide daily feedback.
At any point in your care, you can use the eo app to message our clinical and member support teams to share more detail on how you’re feeling and ask questions. Our teams are also available via phone at 877-707-0706 from 9am to 5pm ET, seven days a week.
